Whether it’s brushing your teeth, making your morning coffee, or riding a bike, there is a certain sense of rhythm and ease that accompanies these actions. This effortless execution, a seamless transition from thought to action, is the result of ingrained habits.

Think of a seasoned chef whose knife skills make chopping vegetables look effortless and who knows just what to add to a sauce simply by tasting it. This level of mastery is what we refer to as ‘expertise’.

Habits and expertise are the keystones of our success and proficiency in any domain, personal or professional. The things we do (or don't do) each day play a pivotal role in shaping our daily routines, actions, and responses, guiding us toward our goals.
