Layer 4. Belonging
Do you ever question whether the people around us are indeed the best companions? Are our relationships with them genuine and strong enough to stand by us through thick and thin? Do we share a common vision and move in the same direction? This includes not only our loved ones, friends, and colleagues but also the wider community. The people we surround ourselves with and the depth of our connections have a significant impact on the choices we make and the support we receive as we navigate our life's journey.

Moreover, it raises questions about how we can form genuine, deep connections. What should we contribute to these relationships, and to what extent? How vulnerable should we allow ourselves to be to cultivate deeper connections?
